Announcing the Motor Trader Awards 2018 finalists – is your business on the shortlist?

The finalists have been announced for the Motor Trader Industry Awards – the Oscars of the automotive industry. A black tie gala dinner, hosted by television presenter Hugh Dennis, will take place at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Wednesday, 11^th July, to announce the winners.

The event will pay tribute to companies and individuals that are able to demonstrate excellence in their field and exceptional customer service.

Car Care Plan is once again sponsoring the Customer Care Award and, for the first time, we are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Warranty / Added-Value Insurance Products Provider of the Year Award – a new category for the event this year.

The Car Care Plan sponsored Customer Care Award is open to all franchised and independent vehicle retailers. It recognises efforts to promote customer care that have contributed to a business’s profits and success.

The finalists have demonstrated high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business and have shown evidence of successful customer care programmes and CSI ratings. Judges will be looking for a business that is setting new benchmarks and raising the professionalism of the sector when deciding on a winner for the award.

The full finalist shortlist contains over 100 individuals and companies vying for 28 awards. A team of roving judges will be visiting the shortlisted companies and will report their findings back to the judging panel.
