<h3><strong>What is roadside assistance?</strong></h3>
Roadside assistance provides rescue and recovery services should your vehicle breakdown. As an add-on to our warranty, breakdown support is available for all vehicle types, including petrol and diesel cars with mechanical issues through to electric vehicles with flat batteries.
<h3><strong>How does roadside assistance work? </strong></h3>
Vehicles breakdown and often at the most inconvenient times. With our roadside assistance cover, you can rest assured rescue is never far away, getting you back on the road as soon as possible:
Contact your roadside assistance provider
In the event your vehicle breaks down or suffers a flat tyre, call your roadside assistance provider on the telephone number listed in your documentation. Be prepared to provide them with your policy number, name, vehicle details and your exact location.
Rescue is on the way
As soon as your details and location are confirmed, a mechanic will be sent out to you, who will be there as soon as possible to try to fix the problem. If the mechanic can’t fix your vehicle at the side of the road, they’ll take you to a garage for repairs.
Back on the road
Your roadside assistance provider will always aim to get you back on the road as quickly as they can, so you can get back to worry-free motoring, knowing rescue is there when you need it.
