It’s important to regularly check your alloy wheels for cosmetic damage and report it to us within 30 days to ensure corrosion has not set in. This can make repairs unfeasible and may not be covered by your policy.
Start your claim
If you discover damage on your vehicle’s alloy wheels, you must let us know within 30 days or corrosion may start to set in, so begin your claim as soon as possible. Our easy-to-use claims portal that will guide you through the process. Alternatively, call us on the number provided in your policy documentation and we can help.
Provide your claims information
Whether using the portal or speaking to us on the phone, you will be required to provide a variety of information to make a claim. Alongside your personal details and policy number, photographs of the damaged alloy wheels will also be needed.
Our advisor will review your claim
After you have submitted your claim, an advisor will review it and you will receive an email to confirm whether it has been pre-approved.
Book your repair
If the repair is being carried out by our in-house provider, DWV, you will receive a text and email within 48 hours of the claim pre-approval to confirm the proposed repair date. For dealer or third-party repairers, you will usually be contacted within 72 hours to book the repair in.
