Business continuity at Car Care Plan

Like everyone, we have been keeping a close eye on the news and government advice surrounding the Coronavirus and its inevitable impact on our business, our colleagues, our customers and the UK as a whole.

The challenges and dangers that such a pandemic presents to all companies are extensive.

Car Care Plan has existing measures in place to mitigate the risk posed by such events, allowing us to continue to provide the high standard of service our clients and customers expect of us.

All our business functions are fully operational, our opening times remain unchanged and all our communication channels are open. Our staff have been fully equipped to work remotely and our service levels remains strong and efficient.

For many of our clients, face-to-face meetings are an important part of business, but we recognise that this isn’t going to be feasible in the current environment. We have excellent facilities available for both telephone and video conferencing, which allow us to maintain frequent contact with our clients based both in the UK and indeed around the world.

All of this means we are in a very strong position to continue to serve the needs of our clients and customers no matter what the next few months bring.

The safety of our staff and network of colleagues and clients is our number one priority. It is important that we continue to take proactive steps to minimise the spread of Covid-19. Taking into account last night’s announcement, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and react proportionately to the advice of the UK Government, to ensure that we provide the service that our clients can rely on to deliver against your key objectives and priorities.
